- does the audience know about the subject? - make notes (eg one page) rather than writing the presentation and reading it - how long will the presentation be? - what equipment is available? (and can you use it - and have you tried?) - what message(s) do you want the audience to remember? (maximum 3) - If you are making an argument, why do you want them to agree with you? - If they already agree with you, why are you giving the speech? - Is the language, body language of the presentation suitable for the task eg: ...motivation ... selling ... whatever? |
