In the event a policy terminates for any reason, coverage ceases on the effective date of the termination and the Insurer will only be responsible for treatment covered under the terms of the policy that took place before the effective date of termination of the policy. There is no coverage for any treatment that occurs after the effective date of the termination, regardless of when the condition first occurred or how much additional treatment may be required.
