If the policy was not renewed within the Grace Period, it can be reinstated in the following 60 (sixty) days after the grace period ends if the insured provides new evidence of insurability consisting of a new application and any other information or document required by the Insurer. All policies reinstated after the thirty (30) day grace period are deemed new policies with no antiquity or credit being afforded to the Insured. All medical conditions existing prior to the date of reinstatement of the policy shall be deemed and treated as pre-existing conditions under this policy. No reinstatement will be authorized ninety (90) after the date of termination of the policy.
